What do you like about our restoration services?

I was very pleased with my initial contact with ServiceMaster personnel via telephone. Jacquetta Murray took my call and was very professional. She was very informative in explaining the restoration services and what could be expected, dependant of course on the degree of water damage my home had sustained. She pointed out how detrimental it was to initiate the restoration services process to prevent the possibly of mold, mildew and further property damages. A technician was dispatched to my home in what I deemed to be in a timely fashion even though my water damage was found around 6am and it was actually after 2pm when I first contacted ServiceMaster. ServiceMaster techicians DJ and John, were both very professional as well and not pushy or over bearing unlike your competitor who drives the green vehicles and whom I'll not name. They were forthcoming in identifying the actual water damages found and like Jacquetta, they too explained the entire restoration process. I am more than pleased with the services provided by the ServiceMaster team members. I will certainly use ServiceMaster again if I should encounter a similar problem. I would also most definitely refer ServiceMaster to a friend or even a stranger if an inquiry for such services is made.

What do you like about our restoration services?

All the staff were wonderful and helpful in getting the water out in the dryng process. I am waiting for the next crew to come and help with the clean up and "put back". I would most definately recommend you to others.
