I visited Matt Roberts Chelsea on Friday and the venue is very nice

Every class and teacher is different from the fast pace to the slow more meditative one but I always feel really happy I made the effort to go. The positions I thought I could not do with their guidance are easy to achieved. Their is work out, peace and laugher in the sessions.
What more can you ask for?
I highly recommend it to anybody that has never done yoga or used Yogasphere!

I enjoy so much the yoga lessons but I really think cancellations are getting too frequent....specially during the last month. I recommend to try to plan in advance because as a client I try to plan in advance to assist. Besides this everything is PERFECT!

I thought the level of customer care and attention on arrival was fantastic.

Only negative comment is it's a shame there aren't showers at the Shard and also it may be good to want people of the time it takes on arrival to go through the security checks etc.

Very impressed and will come again. The space in the cafe area seemed a little under-utilised. Maybe you could operate more than one class at a time and have staggered offerings and varying yoga styles. Hatha for example.

I booked with MoveGB and will come again.

I love the classes, they're all challenging in different ways. They are also well located throughout the city and at lots of different times, so that there's always something you can attend during a week. The teachers are all really friendly too, and it's very convenient that mats are provided. Also it's very easy to book classes through the app and to see how many credits you have left. Am a huge fan! x

I bought time out classes and really enjoyed every lesson and recommended it to all my friends. However, you should have a better website. You obtained credit card details in the beginning and while charging for the classes in Shard, there is no notification or you don't ask for customer consent before the transaction *which unacceptable and disappointing. If a class is not included in a membership category, then system can ask the customer whether you want to proceed with the transaction or not. I had a call with one of your staff member, I am also disappointed that I was accused of not reading the email line by line. I admit that I didn't pay attention to it but as a service provider, instead of blaming your customers, you can easily put a warning in your system instead of charging them regardless and refund for the service you haven't even provided.

The view from the shard is AMAZING but what really makes you guys special is your owners/teachers. Both of you have an unique style of teaching that's both challenging and extremely calming. Keep it up!

Lots of location choices and classes!

I enjoy the type of yoga we practice at the Bond Street class on Wednesdsay nights. It feels restorative and healing - a good mix of dynamic flow, breathing work and I enjoy the focus on how yoga benefits the mind and body. Leo explains things really well and the impact on your body and organs etc.
