The yoga classes are excellent and conducted in different locations. Leo is very professional and kind.

The flexibility of being able to book classes in different places at different times of the week. The personable staff, especially Flo who is always smiling, friendly and professional. The great teachers, particularly Leo and Natalie, who combine knowledge, experience and sense of humour, and manage to teach and gently guide people to correct their 'mistakes' (wrong postures etc.) without ever sounding/ being patronising.

Only had my first class and found it great. Has a cosy atmosphere in a great location which helps to get in tune with the practice

And the tutor's also extremely attentive to each student in class helping gain confidence in his teachings

The class was beautiful, very different to other yoga classes. Especially because of the beautiful essential oils, diffuser and sound bath!

High quality yoga, good locations. A little too pricey.

It’s a good balance of serious and lighthearted yoga. There is exercise for the body and mind but the teacher is fun and breaks the tension.

Leo is an incredible instructor - really brilliant! I have attended his classes 3 days in a row. I like that he really cares about correcting postures, is encouraging, has gentle manner, and is funny. He is clearly passionate about teaching and that inspires me to push my body.

It was a wonderful experience. Truly. Practicing yoga on top of London doesn’t get any better. Natalie is a great teacher and the talk with Leo at the end was also very fruitful. I look forward to my next booking at the Gherkin again.

The puppy was great :) But apart from that, also a really positive experience; super nice people and very relaxed atmosphere. I've actually already recommended this to a friend who was interested in doing volunteering.

The yoga instructors I have had the opportunity to see are of the highest level; lessons are challenging but their supportive approach makes us focus on improving our own abilities rather than suffering for the sake of the pose. Mandy holds us to such a high standards that anyone attending the class is bound to make huge improvements. Furthermore, instructors have been very helpful to make reasonable changes to the routines during my pregnancy and I really appreciate that. In general, I feel calm, relaxed, uplifted and happy after a yoga session at Yogasphere. It really brightens my day!

Teachers and variety of locations

I like the level of the classes - they are suitable for all, but also push people who have been practising longer. Also, the classes are varied. You can choose those that suit you but even then, each class is different from week to week.
And I like the teachers! - all are great, friendly and sympathetic - the classes are always enjoyable.
Locations easy to get to and at good times for those of us stuck in offices too much of the time!

Central London Locations are accessible to work / home.
