Carole is an excellent teacher, challenging but with a sense of fun backed up with a clear knowledge of the physiology of the body.
The space was novel too, it is nice to practice outside of the normal white cube.

I recently started yoga and it's been a lovely experience so far. My closest yogasphere session is in Chelsea and I love them!. Carol makes us so comfortable with each other. We are aware of the people surrounded us and it is the first time I experience that in a exercise lesson in our individualistic London. The work out is also very good and I'm improving my stretching and balance techniques. To put the cherry on the cake, Carol gives us a quick head massage at the end of the session whilst we are relaxing. It's a little touch but I think that makes the difference as our practice and connection with the instructor become more spiritual. I have also been to The Shard for one session and the location is spectacular, ill try to go in the morning one day.

Easy to use app. Although classes seem to be booked far in advance so it can be hard to actually register for a class. I do like the waiting list option though.
Easy to book classes and cancel them
Laid back atmosphere and I liked it not being too serious. Both instructors on different nights were fantastic and easy going and friendly and welcoming.
