What do you like about our services?

Not too big classes, teachers can see everyone and fix a posture or to support a bit if needed.
Intensive, but not forceful. Every person can choose how much they can "do".
Teachers are lovely and friendly, and most important that they making classes interesting and accessible to all levels.

Claire was very welcoming. I told her it was my first time doing yoga and she was very attentive and encouraging. I was so apprehensive beforehand, but by the end of the class, I was as relaxed as I'd read yoga can make you! Really looking forward to the next session.

Yoga instructor is very good and takes into consideration any injuries and adjusts well. Facilities are also normally good.
