the teaching is outstanding
I’ve never tried yoga before but after just two sessions I’m really enjoying it! Classes with mixed abilities isn’t intimidating, learn from the more experienced!
So far attended a class with Maddy at The Shard and one with Leo. Both were great the first one more refreshing as was a weekend morning class, the second one had very good balance of mindfulness and calmness with fun. A bit cramped both of them but still would recommend.
Very welcoming and the class was challenging but inclusive for those less experienced- left feeling like I had had a good workout but also balanced and relaxed ready for a busy weekend- thank you!
The excellent teaching and caring approach of yogasphere teachers plus beautiful setting of classes at the Shard.I also like how easy it is to book classes and if need arises cancel. I also like yogasphere's involvement in tree planting.

Loved it. The whole class was fantastic. Leo was funny, professional and brilliant at what he does. One of the first things he said was to tell our thoughts "later" and that's exactly what happened. For the whole class I could really concentrate on my breathing and my body. If I could give 11 out of 10, I would.

I have tried yoga classes on and off, never with much commitment, but thanks to the Time Out offer with yoga sphere I am now going to try to regularly attend at leaf one class per week. The class with Flo was very pleasant. The space in Chelsea is extremely tidy and clean and, most importantly, there were not so many people doing the class (probably less than 10), which I believe enables the instructor to check postures and therefore help students improve with every session.
So far, I have taken two classes with two different instructors and they were both amazing!
They were extremely different from each other but I really enjoyed myself! I have booked 3 classes for next week and LOOKING FORWARD!

I like that I don't have to commit to same time and location each week, flexibility means I can fit in classes around my life rather than fit life around classes!

The yoga teacher was good and the venue was great! We especially liked that we could hang out after the class drinking free tea and coffee.
Booking the class and getting through security was a bit tricky, but it was worth it.
