They are thorough with diagnostics to determine any problems & recommend the solution, with a comprehensive proposal provided. Always professional and mindful of the customer's needs. Brian Spillars was exceptional in his handling of our cars needs. He personally got on the phone and checked for a device we needed from another shop and even looked it up and a book before checking on the quality and ordering it for us. He was helpful and arranging work on our car in that we had a short timeline. I also want to mention how enjoyable he was to talk to when he had a moment to chat with us. We feel the work there is high-quality. and with a Director like Brian Spillers you can’t go wrong.
