Everyone was friendly and no one spoke down to me.

The staff at this location are professional, courteous, and informative. Most important is the quality of the work that is performed on my vehicles (3). I have been having the vehicles serviced for several years and will continue to do so.

I like the personal service. One suggestion is that when I got my oil changed, I didn't see any report of what points were checked and what the results were. It kind of felt like I couldn't be sure they had done anything. So just a "report card" for my car after I have the oil changed would be good.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who smile at you when you walk in and the shuttle. The shuttle is AWESOME. It's so convenient to have the shuttle drop you off and pick you up when your car is ready. It's the best thing ever.

They are genuine in their efforts to explain what issue your car may be having. You never have to wait too long to speak with someone, they are quick to tell you what the wait time may be, offer options to take you home or back to the office, and they make you feel that you really are their customer and they have to earn your trust each and every time you come in.

Friendly staff and I have confidence that they did not pad the bill with unnecessary work.

Their very honest in telling you what needs fixing in your car and not trying to pressure you into doing more repairs also very accommodating and friendly.

Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. I was able to get a diagnostic of what was wrong with my vehicle in about 15 minutes. The potential repairs were explained clearly with no pressure to have the work done immediately. I was able to get a ride home while the work was being done and later was picked up. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

They are the most competent & honest mechanics I have ever come across. I recommend CB to everyone.
