Job was completed the day it was brought in. I also received a coupon the day after I had my service done. For many reasons I was a little irritated and went back. Mike could tell I was irritated but took the time to explain how the coupons worked and did what he could to honor what he could. I appreciated his taking the time to work with me.

Everyone that works there are very accommodating. Josh helped me get in to get BOTH my bottom tail lights replaced. (Even though I didn't have an appointment.) Also I told Mike that another service department said they wanted to change my brake fluid because it's, dirty and contaminated. He went out to check it for me and he said it was fine. Saved me A LOT of money! Scott even gave me a Christian Brothers sticker and he placed it on my vehicle to get a 5% discount! It shows they are not out to get your money; they care about their customers! Very trustworthy! Christian Brothers are AWESOME! Thank you for your honest service!
