My purpose for coming to the shop was for an oil change and vehicle inspection. Previously, I had been to three other shops that did not have vehicle inspectors. The representative at the front desk was honest about his full schedule preventing me from getting an oil change immediately, but he was able to arrange for my vehicle inspection and that was completed in under 15 minutes.

Extremely professional, helpful, courteous service. They quickly diagnosed the problem and just as quickly fixed it. They called the company in Minnesota that had sold us the van and negotiated payment from them. They called me by 10:00 the next morning telling me that the van was fixed and paid for!
