Everybody was very friendly. I loved that your technicians actually listened to the problems I was having with my car. Prior to learning about my local Christian Brothers Automotive I had been arguing with the local Honda dealership about what was wrong with my car - they were claiming I had a bad starter and I was convinced there was something draining my battery. I even broke out my DMM to try to show them there was something draining the battery. They wanted to charge me $600 to replace the starter. Brian listened to everything I had to say and took the car in. They sent a text telling me they thought the found the problem. The text was great because I was able to call at my own convenience since I had classes all day. Turns out the AC relay had been malfunctioning and not turning off which was draining the battery. They saved me over $400! The shuttle service was also fantastic. Chuck was a great driver and didn't seem to mind me chatting his ear off during the ride home and/or back. I've already told everyone who is willing to listen to that they need to use you for all of their vehicle maintenance.

This was the second time I had come in in about three weeks. The work they did the first time around was reasonably priced, fast, and well done. This time around, I was concerned about a noise that my engine was making. They listened to the car when I first came in, helped me make an appointment for the following day, and took a look at the engine at no additional cost. They respected me, listened to my concerns, and took my very seriously. I felt like I was in very capable hands.

My '97 Caddy can be a headache to source oem parts for. Christian Brothers has on 2 occasions found a part I needed to get the caddy back on the road. Being in the parts business myself, I appreciate the extra effort.

They were fast, friendly, and professional. The complimentary shuttle service was nice and worked well with my work schedule. I also really appreciated the fact that they pulled my truck around to the front, had it running and a/c blowing (and it wasn't like I had a far walk to where it was originally parked).
