My '97 Caddy can be a headache to source oem parts for. Christian Brothers has on 2 occasions found a part I needed to get the caddy back on the road. Being in the parts business myself, I appreciate the extra effort.

They were fast, friendly, and professional. The complimentary shuttle service was nice and worked well with my work schedule. I also really appreciated the fact that they pulled my truck around to the front, had it running and a/c blowing (and it wasn't like I had a far walk to where it was originally parked).

I appreciated the staff communicating with me by phone as they discovered what was wrong with my vehicle and identified possible approaches to fixing the problem. As someone who knows very little about the intricate workings of automobiles, I never felt patronized or talked down to, that's so helpful in a car maintenance experience.
