Staff take the time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable if you're reluctant to do service shop work. There was great communication from the staff as they were working on my vehicle. They shuttle you to and from work if you need.

I do not feel as if y'all are trying to just get money out of me. I feel comfortable taking my vehicle there and also trust the people working on it to not mislead the consumer.

What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

They were very friendly and took the time to explain what my car was needing. They even drove me to my college campus so I could still attend classes and then they picked me up when my classes were over. After returning to the shop, my car wasn't finished yet but it was past lunchtime so they then offered to drive me to a restaurant of my choice so I could get some lunch and study without sitting in their lobby. They went above and beyond and I didn't have to miss classes or lunch to get my car repaired. Thank you!!
