Christian Brothers Automotive provided a tow truck company and favorable pricing for the tow and added it to my bill for my convenience. They were thorough in their assessment of my vehicle and provided a detailed quote for repair, the quote was provided in a timely manner as well! They told me about potential issues associated with my vehicle that could not be determined during the initial evaluation and how much those would cost if found. They also told me that I would be notified immediately if work outside of my quote was required prior to continuing. Everything was patiently explained to me and the estimated time for repair was spot on! The cost was fair and there were no surprises! I appreciate Spike and the rest of the team at the Helotes location and I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!

Great service. I asked if I needed new shocks, and they said I could get new ones, but it is not necessary. I like how honest they were, unlike some shops that try and swindle you out of every penny you have.
