I had the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop! I went in with a clutch problem and it was fixed to my expectations and they were able to do it within the warranty so it was free to me (even better). However, the thing that blew my socks off was that while inspecting my vehicle the technician recognized that my navigation system was not working. This was completely unrelated to the reason I brought the car in, but he researched it and found out that all that needed to be done was enter a simple code. He entered the code and now it works. This sounds simple, but that navigation system had not worked for about 9 years. When it initially went out, I took it to the Honda dealership and they told me the screen was broken and it would cost me $2500 to replace it. I was not willing to put that amount of $ into something that is not a "need" to keep the car running, so I went without it for a long time. That simple act by your technician was a HUGE deal to me and ensured Christian Brothers a return customer! I worked with Sid and the staff at Christian Brothers to get a my teenage daughter's first (and very used) car up to snuff. The crew had a long list of items to take care of, which they did with fantastically. It was a joy working with Christian Brothers to get the car into shape that puts a father's mind at ease.

Christian Brothers employees are always polite and courteous. They are very good at checking out everything on you vehicle and reporting it to the owner regardless if the owner is ready and able to have it fixed right then. However, they will tell you if it is something serious and needs to be fixed right away. They are always ready to give me a ride home and come back to get me when the work is finished. I've never had to return the vehicle to have something redone after the first time. I trust them to work on my Toyota Van and the wife's car too. I have to take it in after the first of the year to have some valve covers replaced which didn't have to be done at the moment but the rep. told me it needed to be fixed soon. My daughter recommended Christian Brothers to us. This was our first time to visit the location, but it will not be our last. Christian Brothers Automotive will be our first place to contact if and when we should need any auto repair in the future. We were very pleased with the quality of work, the friendliness, and the professional service we received. The business was very clean, the personnel was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We will be recommending Christian Brothers to other family members and friends.

Very professional... Listened to my concerns about my vehicle, gave me an estimate, ran test to verify the problem and repaired it actually much sooner than expected... Dropped me off at my home after leaving my vehicle with them and picked me up after the repairs were made..kept me informed throughout the day on the progress...fair price with no add ons or additional sales pitches ...... The repair was done perfectly and the people were again vey professional.

What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

I've used Christian Brothers for all three of my vehicles -- even wished they repaired motorcycles but not there yet! Anyway, from the moment I'm in the door to the time I leave, I'm treated very well -- not with disingenuous "oily" flattery, but like a person who has a problem with his transportation and needs it repaired. The staff is open to my concerns, even I'm not sure what I am talking about. They listen -- that matters in a world where more layers of technology are built to separate people from people -- which really says "We don't want to talk to you -- don't have time." Christian Brothers have not gone down that road. They use technology wisely, via text and phone conversations of repair analysis prior to spending my money. They may have bad news for me, but it is always honest and its delivered by people talking to me, not an unexplained bill with this and that tacked on. I also appreciate their shuttle service and their willingness to store my vehicle in their facility, over a holiday for example, when they are closed. They are protecting my assets even when they don't have to or could be insistent that I "Come and get it right now." I've never had to take a vehicle back after a technician has worked through it and the one minor mistake (something not put on that was on the last work order but didn't make it on the car) was promptly credited and they did the replacement free of charge and at their own inventory expenditure. I admire that because it shows that mistakes may occur but Christian Brothers is willing to make it right without haggling. I even offered to pay for the component but they took the responsibility. My references in this experience is to Christian Brothers in Maumelle, AR., but if the other Christian Brothers agencies work as well in other locations then your search for automotive care should begin and end at Christian Brothers Automotive -- Now, about that motorcycle... -- Name removed, Client.

We experienced a problem with the vehicle pulling to the left after alignment. We took it back in and they worked very diligently to solve the problem and make sure we were satisfied, all for no additional charge.
