My wife and I took our car to Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) on Dec. 27 for repairs, using a warranty we had purchased 5-6 years ago. The warranty expired on Jan. 4, 2024. When CBA had ran diagnostics that addressed our car's concerns, he reached out to the warranty company to see what all will be covered. Well, the warranty company, according to the information said that the our warranty expired on Jan. 3, 2024. The contract states the expiration date to be Jan 4, 2024. So the warranty company gave us the run around for about 2 weeks, while they were suppose to be making a decision as to provide the finances for the repairs.
Chris worked extremely diligent with the warranty company on our behalf to get this issue resolved. The mechanic even ground a way to fix one of our issues that saved us some money.
If you have any car issues and you want good honest work, with super fair prices (in my opinion), give CBA a chance.
