Christian Bros. does an excellent job of diagnosing, and explaining, what is wrong with my cars. As a customer, you can expect to receive a color-coded PDF that includes photos of problems on you vehicle. These are color-coded to rank the seriousness of the problem and the recommended repair. It is VERY useful and very easy to read.
Great experience. I love that they check all components of the suv and send a great report. Without them I would be without a water pump. I came in for a total different. Service and didn’t need the service but definitely needed thr water pump. Thank you

Friendly and professional. I feel they were honest and didn't try to add additional items to be fixed in order to make more money. After being told by another shop that I needed a tuneup, Christian Brothers told my that my car doesn't need spark plugs until it reaches 100,000 miles. My car only has 65,000 miles.
As always their professional curiosity is wonderful. They explain the whole process of repairs to you up front and the work you can trust to be done right the first time. No one wants their car to break down, but because they do, I'm thankful for Christian Brothers Automotive,God Bless!
