I was told how long it would take to have the work done. I appreciated their honesty. I really appreciated that they were able to get it done sooner. The cost was more than I had hoped and they gave me a small discount to ease some of that. I don't mind paying for the work and really appreciated that they were willing to come down a little. AND the car is running!

CBA did extensive work on my Ford Escape this last year. I’m very satisfied with their workmanship and that everything has been repaired properly. CBA fixed the nail holes in my tire (twice), no charge, no appointment needed and I left more than satisfied. Thanx CBA! Peace

Hated to learn Corporate is remodeling this location (Summer Ave.) to rid of the counter separating customers from employees. Customers appreciate the counter and wish they had been asked to submit their thoughts on this change, as their voices should be the ones which matter most. This decision also opens up your employees to be personally attacked and takes away their ability to conceal themselves if an individual were to come inside the lobby ready to attack. The world we live in today is not one in which employees of a business need to be easily accessible to the public. I may recommend Christian Brothers Automative because of the awesome employees, however, I am considering returning my business back to a company where customers thoughts and opinions matter across the board, not just when it comes time to completed a survey.
