I appreciate the followup from the owner and his desire to make right errors in estimates, as well as an explanation as to how the pricing system works. I would go here for service, but as with anywhere else, check closely the estimated items before giving a go ahead.

Quick service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted assisted and the car was taken care of right away with it state inspection. I was offered coffee or water and a comfortable seating area.

Mr. Paul, the manager took my concerns about my vehicle as valid. I have taken my vehicle to other automotive shops only to be told " your car is just old, we don't hear the noise that you said you have been hearing, or we could not find anything wrong your car". Mr. Paul was so sweet, he even sat in the car with me to listen to it before I left it to be looked at, and he alleviated my fears about something was wrong with my car as "being all in my head". I felt like my vehicle was left in good hands.

Immediate, friendly and accommodating help right as I walked in. Inspection and oil change prices quite a bit less than another mechanic shop I’ve gone to for years.
Unclear as to why oil change/filter reminder and sticker reflect 3,000 miles when full synthetic oil usually gives you at least 4,000-5,000 miles between service. Will follow up with them on this.

I always enjoy my experience with Christian Brothers! West Road is my go to location for my car needs! They are always friendly and inviting, and they are patient when explaining everything to me about my car. Nick and Paul have helped me numerous times at the west road location and it’s refreshing to know that I will be welcomed and treated well each and every time I come in! It was the first time I worked with James but he was just as helpful and welcoming. This location makes me feel comfortable getting my car serviced which is refreshing and something I’m truly thankful for!
