I love Christian Brothers on West Rd. They have taken good care of me and my 2011 Jeep Patriot. I have had quite a few problems in the last year and I am always confident that things are done properly. The staff is great from Trevor, Paul, Chris, James, and I'm sure, everyone else I haven't met yet. I have observed them as I have been in the office and they treat everyone with a friendly and caring attitude. I'm a little jealous because I thought that was just for me, ha ha. I definitely will recommend Christian Brothers to everyone.

My service was a one day service I didn't have to wait for days on my repair

The process of having my vehicle’s problem diagnosed was straight forward and plain. The repair estimates were through and supporting pictures supplied to validate.
The service writer communicated to me the repairs needed and scheduled maintenance recommended. He gave me a time frame for the repairs and made sure I had a ride to and from work while my vehicle was in the shop. As an added bonuses for my repairs they charged my A/C for free.

Service is grear

This 1st visit was a test, and their mechanic found all the problems that had been worrying me. They got me home when the repairs would take extended time. They kept my car safe for the three days they kept it. My car felt like new when I got it back. I think we found a new mechanic for the house.

They always work quick and have very detailed reports on what the problems are including pictures. So it’s easier to make informed decisions about the work that might be needed.
