I appreciated the inspection they did on my car. They suggested that I get an additional repair done but didn't push me into doing it. When later I had a friend look at my car and also checked out the suggested repair on the internet, I concluded that it was a needed repair and the price they quoted was fair. I also appreciate the available Wi-Fi so I can work while waiting for my car repair to be completed.

What I liked about my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive ~ everything. Of course, I was traumatized that I couldn't find the key to remove the tire to fix the brake. And, Trevor, I still haven't found THAT key!
Everyone who helped me through my experience while my car was being repaired at your shop were so very kind and professional. As you know, car repair shops aren't on top of the "trust" list. Thank goodness for John at Discount Tires on Jones Road for sending me to your shop, as a matter of fact, for insisting on my taking my car to you. Wonderful service and super nice surroundings

Friendliness. Shuttle car service. Nice, clean lobby. I walked past the shop and it looked nice and neat. I greatly appreciated the e-mail
with imbedded photos of recommended work (like dirty brake fluid). I really liked the quick communication via text messages.

Didn't like not getting my coupon discount $29,95 oil change. Yeah, I forgot the coupon. bit you should keep a record for loyal customers with low attention spans.
