Great service. Went out of their way to explain problems. Including photos. No pressure, just explanations of significance of findings. My 22 year old truck now runs like it was brand new. Steers better than it has in years.
These guys went above an beyond, all I needed was an oil change but they were fully booked. They managed to squeeze me in and get me on the road before noon. I had a death in the family and needed to get to my family as quick as possible. Since I worked next door I figured I could drop it and work until it was done, fully expecting it to be finished in the afternoon but they got it done so quickly and I appreciate them so much. They were kind and thorough, even finding that I had a leak somewhere when I thought it was just burning oil instead. Absolutely amazing customer service, attention to detail, and kindness. I never trust mechanic shops but this one has changed my mind on that. They should be the standard that every shop strives to meet. Best experience with a shop I've had my whole life.
My air conditioner on my vehicle was not working. I was able to get in right away and received an estimate. After changing out the condenser it still didn’t work. They let me know that they thought the compressor was also an issue. They gave me an updated estimate. It took longer than expected but the end result is that the air conditioner is now working and I felt they were fair in their pricing.
I completely trust Christian Brothers with my vehicles. They are knowledgeable, professional and always go out of their way to provide a positive experience. As a single woman, this is so refreshing. Recently, I encountered a flat tire as we were preparing to leave on vacation. Despite not having any available appointments, Brian offered to change the tire so I could take the vehicle to a tire shop for the required service. Just one example of how they go above and beyond to provide top-quality service!
Been going for over 6 years they have kept my vechile running top notch. Zero oversell and quality work. A unfortunate dying trend in repair industry which makes me appreciate them that much more.
