They completed the diagnostic as they said they would do on schedule,

Detail work experience when other things came up with my car. I went to get an front end alignment and my struts were also needed to work on and I was told how they were gonna fix my car and was not given the around and gave me a price and I got my car fixed that same day. I appreciate the customer service and the details of the job I'm sure going to use them again

Communication was top notch. Repairs can be a big investment and scary but we were getting text messages and calls throughout the process. Even a follow up call after all was said and done. We were always in the loop. Great job and you’ve gained lifelong customers.

The fact that 1 ) they take pictures of what needs to be fixed before they work on your car, 2) do really thorough diagnostic of your car, 3) let you know cost , if high, before they work on your car to get your approval, 3) quick repair time, 3) shuttle , 4 friendly front desk and finally they follow up to see if car is running good

Service was quick snd friendly. Tim offered me water when I signed in, and thst was the fastest car inspection ever. The only thing that detracted was that crazy dog-leg entrance to get to their parking lot.

They were very friendly, explained to me exactly what they were going to do before they did it, including the pricing of each thing that needed too be done. They were very thorough. I like that. I've been to the many times before they are very trustworthy and would recommend them to anyone. They also call you after days after to make sure everything is ok with your car, now that's service.

I rolled into Lubbock 7:30 Monday evening with a blown turbo, and needed to be back out by the end of the week. They were able to take care of me.
I dropped my truck off Tuesday morning and it was ready by Thursday afternoon. I can't stress how unusual it is for that job to get done so quickly and how pleased I am that they were able to.
Everyone was pleasant and understanding. They went above and beyond to help me out of a jam.
