The staff at Christian Brothers automotive did a great job. I drove from Odessa Texas to Lubbock because the Lubbock branch has a certified BMW technician. The BMW dealership wanted to charge me $7200, but I paid less than a quarter of that by purchasing the parts online myself and bringing them to Christian Brothers. They replaced my two front air suspension shock/ springs (vigor air ride , via Amazon) and they gave me a wheel alignment, all in three hours. They were kind enough to shuttle me to the Lubbock mall where I hung out until the car was ready. I really appreciated the way they prioritize the work on my car since I came from out of town, and now my car is back to normal floating over the bumps, smooth as butter!

They took their time to try and figure out exactly what owed g with my vehicle and I really appreciate that! Also the fact that their establishment is Christian based is a plus too! And they were very nice and helpful!

Technician Michael worked for an hour after installing my new battery to get my car to start. Eventually it had to be stowed after nothing made the engine turn over. Then the service department at the shop discovered it was a faulty antitheftf device. Michael was inspiring in his dedication to getting me back on my way.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The vehicle seems to be doing well. I like how there were texts sent to my phone every step of the way throughout the repair process. The hold feature when I called the store and was put on hold was entertaining and informative. Others need to apply these aspects within their businesses.
