Y'all are awesome! Every bit of my experience was the best I could have asked for. Larry came to me and was very friendly. So many mechanics either talk over a womans head, or talk down to women when explaining what's going on. Not Larry, he explained in understandable language without talking down to me. I have shared my experience with all my co-workers, and several family members.
I had a great experience with the lady who drove the shuttle, and the guy who was there when I picked up my car too.

They were very kind and ensured they had permission for any repairs before they did them. They also were very accommodating with regards to towing my vehicle to their business, as well as providing a state inspection on very short notice. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Amazing customer service. The inspection on my vehicle was done quickly.

They evaluated my vehicle and determined the extent of the damage (broken upper control arm, upper ball joint, brake line, and ABS sensor. Not only did CBA give an honest assessment, but they got the work done at a reasonable price with speed.
