The customer service was awesome! The dealership no longer wants to service my 15-year-old Chevy S-10 pickup with 363,000+ miles on it. They referred me to Christian Brothers and I will be forever grateful. Whereas the dealership refused to scan my truck for SERVICE ENGINE SOON signal and I had to practically beg them to give me a ride home while they kept my truck for several days to work on issues I pointed out to them, Christian Brothers actually OFFERED me a ride home and to pick me up. When I said I needed to rent a car (Enterprise charges about $85 for a walk-in customer), they got me a 3-day car rental for about $30 and the unbelievable thing is - they actually paid for it! That is unheard of and nothing I expected or required (in fact I still feel a bit guilty about that as they certainly did not have to pay for the car rental). They also gave me a free oil change and $45 off. It was a $2,100+ repair job, but no matter how much work needed to be done, I would never ask for a car rental to be included. I am still dumbfounded by this incredible customer service. And most importantly, my truck is running like a top. I will have all future repairs done by Christian Brothers (with absolutely no expectation of free car rental) - they have earned my customer loyalty for sure (Southaven branch - John is franchise owner).

Honest,fair pricing. Great knowledgeable mechanics. Brought my daughters hyundai tiburon for a second opinion after dealer told me it needed a new transmission. $ 3000.00.When it only needed was a transmission flush. They also had to repair some radiator problems that the dealer screwed up. Ended up paying under 200.00.

They stand behind their work and take care of any issues that might develop.

My belts were making a noise and they replaced them after a year.

Very friendly and thorough. The mechanics are really good about discussing all aspects of whatever is being worked on and they're honest with you about the best options to fix or correct the problem once it's been identified.

Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. They were professional and provided service with a smile. Drop off and pick up service provided ( that was a plus). Price competitive and warranty provided. Treated with dignity and respect. I felt my business was appreciated.
