With other shops, I struggle to comprehend everything they quickly explain over the phone and it’s nearly impossible to reiterate it to my husband when I’m wanting to discuss with him which services to approve and which ones to wait on. With CBA’s system, I was able to send the screenshots to my husband and have an informed decision that we were both on board with in no time. I will be recommending this shop to everyone I talk about car repairs with. The work is done, the prices were reasonable and my car is driving better than it has in years.
