For me the best part of my experience is my interactions with the people working there. Everyone I have ever dealt with has been extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. They are very professional and make sure that I fully understand the work being performed and the cost to me. I have taken the information they have given me and checked the pricing and find them to be very competitive. As a single woman who knows very little about the mechanics of a car, I'm leery of being taken advantage of by someone who would suggest I needed car repair that was actually unnecessary. I do not worry about this with Christian Brothers.

They were so helpful and honest! They could have really taken advantage of me, but didn't. I thought a million things were wrong with my car because another dealership had told me I needed my break fluid topped off and also a belt replaced. Christian Brothers told me that everything was fine and found a simple solution for my air conditioner also.

What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

Staff at the Little Rock location is extremely courteous and professional. I myself have owned an auto shop and have never had them recommend service that I felt was unwarranted. I will admit the prices can be a bit high, but as they say "You get what you pay for...". They have gone above and beyond expectations for me more than once to accommodate my schedule and needs.
