The friendly and helpful staff. One staff member checked the brake pad thickness even though the brakes were original on my 2006 Tacoma and I had asked for a brake job. He reported back that the pads were at the 2mm minimum. That action is very helpful in generating trust between customer and shop. I will return for additional service. Help and questions answered above and beyond what is expected. Friendly and courteous service. Christian Brothers always does good work on my car. I never have to come back because something wasn't fixed properly. I like being forewarned about what services might be needed in the future. There is no presure to get other things fixed right away. I can expect honest service each time. Sometimes I thought something needed replacement but they were honest in not doing what was actually not needed at that time. That has happened more than once. Jeff Caldwell was a great help to me this past visit.
