The friendly and helpful staff. One staff member checked the brake pad thickness even though the brakes were original on my 2006 Tacoma and I had asked for a brake job. He reported back that the pads were at the 2mm minimum. That action is very helpful in generating trust between customer and shop. I will return for additional service.
