After a recent visit, I was not happy with the service I received. I sent an email voicing my unhappiness. I was pleasantly surprised when my email was answered by the owner. He asked if he could call me and when I would be available. Today I received his call. I told him my concerns and he advised me of all that was done to my car while in their shop. He was able to make me feel like I was a valued customer, which I didn’t before I wrote the email. I appreciated the time and effort he took to reach out to me, instead of just fluffing off my concerns. I am satisfied with his explanation of what was done to my car in their care. I hope to be able to use Christian Brothers again, soon.

After some missed communication snafus, Management and staff performed excellent service in a timely fashion and I was back on the road. Mark, James, Brian and Michael ensured I was completely satisfied w/their services. Very pleazed consumer.

My F150 currently has 282,000+ miles. Christian Brothers has maintained this vehicle since day 1. Although I've only had to bring it to the shop a couple times (#goF150), Christian Brothers has always gotten me back on the road quickly and I never have to worry about if the work was done properly.

Recently I brought my truck in because it was running sluggish. The diagnosis was quick and understandable. Christian Brothers changed my coil and spark plugs and the truck is now running like the day I bought it. Thanks again Christian Brothers! It's great to have someone I can rely on.
