I think that the mechanics there are very knowledgeable and they care about their jobs. They are very approachable and honest. I also loved that Thomas and Darnell did not get irritated with me even though I called to check on the progress of my car often. They were very patient and understanding. The car is running great and I will definitely be going back to Christian Brothers in the future.

Quote was not the cheapest but the staff worked with me to make it competitive. Christian Brothers is not the cheapest but the staff is informative and I feel like quality of work is above par. Staff is professional and the courtesy transport is really nice.

You always provide great service with a sense of humor. I enjoy going to the shop even if it is a problem.

One item for the FM 1960 store to work on. My car is a ARI Fleet car and when you do maintenance I am concerned that you are not reporting work done with the proper paperwork back to ARI. They believe I am overdue for maintenance.
Our records indicate that your 2013 FORD EDGE (VIN 2FMDK3KC8DBB71065) Client 5EH4 Vehicle 0A704 Client vehicle number 0A704 is possibly due for preventive maintenance. The last recorded PM service on this vehicle occurred at an odometer reading of 102859 on 06-JAN-17. Please disregard this notification if you have recently had a PM performed on this vehicle.
Always remind the service provider to submit billing when the work is complete. ARI's records will not show that preventative maintenance has been completed on this vehicle until we receive and pay the invoice from the vendor.
