Great customer service

Customer service was excellent and the mechanic had my vehicle repaired in a timely manner.

I had rather a long wait because the windshield wipers needed were not in stock and had to be ordered and delivered to them. The two employees whom I spoke with were very friendly and sincere and were apologetic for the delay. I was offered something to drink and they kept me informed. It was a positive experience.

They’re always dependable, honest, and genuinely nice. They appreciate the business and they are vocal about that when returning your vehicle. They go out of their way to help any way that they can , because they really do care. Every single time I take my Jeep for repairs, everyone treats me as if this were my first experience with them. Thorough and honest

Our family has so many positive experiences with Christian Brothers in Waxahachie. They worked on my fiancés car and when they couldn’t fix it, they didn’t charge him a dime. When it came for my car to get its oil changed, their lobby was under construction so they had a car take me to Starbucks to work while I waited and gave me a Starbucks gift card! I needed some work done in my car another time and I couldn’t make it to the shop as my daughter was sick, so they picked up my car from my house, and brought it back later that day when the work was complete. 100/10 we love you guys!
