Car went into “limp” (safety) mode during road trip on the freeway. Called my Christian Brothers asking for assistance and for another location close to where I was at (I wasn’t familiar with the area). My Christian. Bros and the Location I was towed too we’re both extremely helpful, polite and always ready to help.
Christian Brothers always provides an excellent experience. Their shuttle service makes it very convenient for me to get repairs done during the workday. They are all very friendly and kind. The texts keep me informed throughout the process and allow me to conveniently decide about the work I want done and pay for it. This time, they were able to bring my car to my home which was perfect because I was in a meeting.
