I loved it! 1st time customer and it was amazing and friendly! I had my car back the very next day. I got a call very next day with details of what's wrong with the car, and what was going to be done, what all I was paying for! I love it super awesome! Most definitely recommending to friends!!!

Well, let's see ...

You never lie, cheat or steal; but, offer sound advice, you're honest in estimates and recommendations about proper maintenance on our vehicles; you offer everything from coffee/water, friendly commentary(ies;) a clean, relaxing, well-appointed atmosphere in which to wait for an oil change; offer speedy Service (and actually provide that speedy Service;) Y'all Give a Hoot; have and maintain courteous, educated, experience, well-spoken, and hospitable employees; always do what you say you'll do; to even picking up, and driving home if necessary, all Customers . Oh, and there are no "surprises" of a negative nature... I've even witnessed your aiding a poor widow with Service without much of a monetary charge while rendering it with a smile... again, Y'all Give A Hoot .

No wonder y'all are in line for Hood County and Corporate Service Awards on a consistent basis.

I was NOT given a nickel for offering this statement; BUT I am always provided what I stated.
That's why I bother to take the time to state these facts... in other words, one gets more for their money, and valuable time, when patronizing Christian Brothers Automotive. My wife is of the same opinion, too. She's not easy to please.

What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

Your willingness to stand behind your work. I've had two parts that y'all installed go bad on me so far. One is a water pump that you warrantied already, the other is an igntion switch which I have yet to bring in (again). Although this does raise some concern for the quality of parts you are installing; however, y'all do stand behind them.

The people. Knew their business but didn't talk down to customers that didn't. I could have left a good 30 min earlier than I did but I wanted to get to know the Owners and staff and talk about upcoming maintenance and service work and the best days to bring my truck in for it.
