They inspected my brake pads and rotors and provided me with an honest evaluation. I did not need new brake pads and my rotors were not warped. When I took my vehicle to the Ford dealership I was told that my rotors were warped and my break pads were thin and it was metal on metal and this was not true. I am glad that I came to Christian Brothers for 2nd opinion.

Everything was explained about what services I needed for my Ford Edge to continue to perform on the road safely. I was quoted a price on having my rotor fixed instead of replacing them saving me money. They realize I needed brakes pads and called me to let me know they needed to be replaced and my total wasn't outrageous considering I had a lot of work done. I had a free alignment saving me $100. Car is running brand new. I will definitely go back if I need service in the near future

I came in with a problem that needed to be done asap. The guy that helped me told me that the earliest I’ll be able to come in would be 7am the next day but after explaining my issue and how I couldn’t drive after going to discount tire he went above and beyond to fix my issue. He told he would fix it that instant and would take about an hour. I have never received that kind of treatment at an automotive shop but I will definitely be coming back here. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name but my car was a 2019 Chevy Malibu that was white.
