Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like additional/unnecessary parts or services were being forced on me. The "valet" type service when I went to pick up my vehicle and comolimentary bottle of water was a very nice touch.

Everyone is always friendly, patient, and very helpful. I had to walk 30 minutes to pick up my vehicle and they stayed 5 minutes passed closing with my truck ready to go for me.
Very nice people and very professional. As I sat in the waiting room on my vehicle I saw several interactions with customers and all were great. Everyone was fair and didn't try to up sell or add unneserry things to ones bill. As a matter of fact a lot of small things were done at not charge.
