They are honest and provide service which is reliable at a reasonable cost, in a timely manner. They are friendly and explain things in an easy way which is greatly appreciated.

Christian brothers automotive was incredible! Let me start by saying they couldn't fix my car... but here's what they did: They were able to look at it within a few days during a time when all the local dealerships were 2 weeks behind. They were up front and honest about everything. I was able to check the progress through their portal and see pics of the problems they found. Damian called to answer any questions I had and explain any options. Ultimately, the repair required a special tool that only the dealer had, so I had to bring my car there anyway. Christian Brothers was so kind, though... they didn't charge me for their diagnostic. I will definitely consider them the next time my hybrid Chevy Malibu is in need of repair.

Your Point of Sale (POS) is excellent! A digital run down on inspection is really useful trying to manage repairs. The staff there has a get it done attitude. A well-organized business in today's world, especially when it comes to automotive work, is really appreciated.

I had a great experience, very easy and smooth! Service and communication was excellent! They really took care of me and had me in and out the same day providing me with rides to and from work then back home the picked me up from home to get my car.
