At 100 k miles I had Christian Brothers change my power steering fluid. At that time it was recommended by Gary. My last visit it was recommended I change it because it was dirty. After 12 to 18 k miles I shouldn't need it again. I mentioned this to the young lady who cashiered me out. She was unable to give me an answer. ????

We asked for the brake pads to be changed along with an oil change. We were going to be pro-active on the brakes. They were so honest & told us that the brake pads were a long way from needing replacement. They could have replaced them & made more money, but they didn’t do that!
The work was completed quickly and at a fair price. The quote was about half what the dealership wanted, and I was also able to use a Costco discount code.

They were very professional. I dropped my truck off late one day. On the next they diagnosed, called the warranty company to get approval, got the part, fixed and checked. All done in one day. When I needed a courtesy drive to pick up it was quick o arrive. The driver was professional and enjoyable to talk to.
