We took my wives Pontiac GTO in for what I thought was either a radiator or radiator hose leak.It turned out needing a new radiator and was told that we would have to pick it up on Monday as it was late in the day on a Friday.To our surprise we were called back at the end of the day and that they put two techs on the job.As we were not prepared to pick the car up we paid over the phone and then picked it up at around 1:30 a.m.As we prepared to leave the lot the car didn't make it out of the lot.
We called on Monday and was told that they would check it out immediately.A few hours later we were told that there was a transmission problem.I was sickened to hear this as we had no previouse problems with the transmission prior to bringing it in for the cooling system leak besides there would be no way we could have driven the car in if the transmission was out.I have to admit that I was very skeptical of the diagnosis that we were given and I felt that something was done during the radiator repair to cause this problem.Understanding that we had little options we asked if there was any help/discount that they could give us as we just paid 1,100.00 for the first repair.Gary said to let them take it to an expert transmission shop called Tim Moyes Transmissions in Lutz,Florida.Tim explained that it was the transmission but not an overhaul.The cost would be around 1500.000 and would take a couple of days.After hearing the cost Christian Brothers agreed to pay 500.00 of the bill which was very generous on their part.We agreed and was told that it would be finished in a few days.The next morning we received a phone call from Gary at C.B's and was offered a rental vehicle on them...unbelievable...It gets better, later the same day we receive a call and was told the car was finished as they had a cancelation and was able to get it in .My wife drove her rental to pick up her car and was told that there was no charge.My wife was told that the two shops help each other out at times and that this was one of those times.I can not put into words the feelings that I have for this "above and beyond" treatment that we received from Christian Brothers and Tim Moye Transmissions.Truly amazing!!!!

I worked primarily with Garry. He explained what they were going to do, the communicated with me regularly to tell me what they had found and to discuss repair options.
I love that they are a Christian business, first of all, AND every time I go in, I am met like an old friend. If the owner is in his office, he comes to greet me with a handshake. My husband and I work at Florida Medical Clinic and they are always ready to give us a ride to and from work if desired. On top of all that, they have been supporters of the FMC Foundation of Caring on several occasions. They are top notch and we consider ourselves very fortunate to have them conveniently close to work.
I felt the staff were honest. It is hard to find a business you can trust. The place was clean. They explained everything to me.

Very helpful on accommodating us on expediting the repairs of our vehicles and pick up and delivery.
Everyone was courteous and they gave my car a check-up without charging me a dime. They did discover that I was very low on power steering fluid and filled it up for me for free. They did also discover that I had a small crack at the rack and pinion steering and the price that they gave me for fixing it I felt was a very fair and reasonable price. Damen called my extended vehicle protection company for me and got the parts ordered which those as well as the labor cost was covered. I will always take my car to Christian Brothers for any and all check ups and repairs. EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
