Extremely professional. Excellent response time and friendly at the front desk. The technicians even checked and repaired a seat belt issue on a car of mine that was not even in for service. My wife just mentioned it, and they got right on it. Their concern for our safety meant a lot! Great team, great experience. we will be back for all our automotive needs!

The shuttle, friendliness, they gave me detail info about what was wrong with my car. Showed me exactly what was going on... on the computer screen. Loved the $65.00 off bill because of new customer, even water bottle in car waiting for me

My mother is 80 years old. My father passed away in 2007. My mother drives my father's Yukon and is very attached to the vehicle. Name removed was so helpful and understanding of the situation. The truck had originally been towed to Colonial for repairs. The service writer there, Clay, was rude to my husband and condescending to my mother. When I went to have the truck towed to Christian Brothers Colonial charged me $54 for diagnostics. When I asked to see a printout or something showing what tests had been performed and what evaluations had been done they could produce nothing and the bill had one line saying diagnostic tests $54. From the phone call inquiring as to if Christian Brothers could fix the fuel pump and if so how much it would be Name removed took the time to explain what diagnostics would be performed and what checks would be done on the vehicle and the invoice had each and every item listed and the results. Name removed took the time to explain what my brothers and I would need to take care of coming up on the truck as preventative maintenance and how much each would cost. I was treated as though my business mattered and was appreciated. Name removed gave us the sense that he would take care of Dad's truck and do the best he could on cost and service. He had the vehicle ready at the time promised and then gave us a $50 credit on the bill with a two year warranty on the fuel pump. We are so happy with your service that we are scheduling next week with Name removed to have the remaining things done on the preventive maintenance. Good and honest people. You have a great employee in Name removed.
