The customer service was awesome! I had a later appointment to get my vehicle inspection done and wanted to come earlier so I called and they said they could fit me in earlier! They had me in and out in 10 minutes! I would definitely use their services again and refer them to family and friends! Keep up the great work!

Always friendly. Never have to worry if I’m being overcharged or if the work that’s being done is correct. I like the fact they tell me and sometimes show me what’s going on with my vehicle and the appropriate steps needed to make sure my vehicle is in top shape and safe for me to drive!

I didn't have an appointment and they squeezed me in for an inspection anyway. Everyone was very nice and the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

There are so many things I appreciated. 1. Another local shop had dismissed my concerns, and CB really listened and made an effort to diagnose the issue. 2. Everyone was very kind and pleasant. 3. The shuttle was very helpful! 4. I'm a single mom raising a daughter who will be driving soon. I think it was very helpful that she was with me and able to experience how a place should treat you and listen to your concerns. I think it was helpful that she saw a high standard so she will know better than to accept subpar treatment or being dismissed "because she's a girl" somewhere down the road when she's an adult. That alone is worth a 10 star rating.

I say likely because of the 3 yr warranty for services done. Hopefully everything goes well down the road.

I still don't believe I got this kind of service in 2023. The team here really took care of me and Mark, my service adviser and David, my tech, really went above and beyond normal customer service standards. Well done and I will be returning to Christian Brothers for all my service needs for the foreseeable future.
