I have been there before and not had any problems.
This day though, I was a bit surprised with how the woman and man in the front were speaking to each other and some of the customers. The waiting area is very small and easy to hear what is being said behind the desk. The gentleman in the front spoke to someone on the phone and was being rather rude to him. There were also several comments made on how they were just trying to make it to Friday and punch out, comments about customers, cars etc. that were not nice. I was just a bit surprised by how they were speaking that day.
All I can say is they were there when we needed them. Good services
