I was totally blown away by the professionalism, the communication, the beautiful/clean lobby, the super clean restroom and of course, the service. It’s so hard to find a place that works on cars that isn’t motivated to just make a buck. Dealership service departments are the worst. Y’all have my business for life!!!!

Always professional, courteous, and honest staff; the waiting area is clean and comfortable with snacks, coffee, and cold drinks; and the staff is very accommodating... I asked for a state inspection in addition to the oil change I brought it in for, and they made it happen. I trust the company and the caliber of the employees and that's all there is to it.

I brought an itemized quote in from a different body shop that I felt was not accurate, and Karl walked me through it and explained the difference between things I actually needed to have fixed and the things that were unnecessary. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring about the repairs that were needed. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Brian the service advisor was very courteous and professional. I asked him if I could have my truck ready the same afternoon after it was diagnosed with an extensive brake job and he said he would try his hardest. He came through with his word and prevented me from losing any time away from my jobs. Great customer service which is obviously pushed down to the technical side of the business. Sincerely,
