The customer service was wonderful and the employees were very friendly and professional. I have to add, very honest... Which is hard to find. A year or so I had dealings with Firestone. Not going into great details I was mislead by their antics and was suggested by a friend to try Christian Brothers and I never went back since.

Took time to talk to me about what I need to have fixed. The people there are always welcoming Me . They get to know you as a person. There so much I like seeing them when I go in. I know almost everyone. I'm blessed to have them as my mechanics.

It was the most Professional Automotive Service I have ever received. From start to finish I was accommodated, Services were explained in detail, prices offered up offered up front and even an outline of future services that I would need for my car at its age were given to me. Having the ability to have a ride to and from was a lifesaver and the driver was so personable it made the whole experience all the more inviting. I would highly highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive to anyone needing automobile services. And in fact I've already referred one person to the location that I visited. My car will only be being brought to them for service in the future.

The "clerks" act like friends who are happy to see you as if meeting in a marketplace by coincidence. They remember and call me by name, and ask something regarding my car or my family or my recent activity. While I wait for my car, I notice they treat others the same way, so I'm not really that special -- they just treat me as if I am and they do a better than necessary job of it! I almost welcome car trouble! The "coffee table books" include the Holy Bible! Their sign in front states a simple truth, sometimes a quotation. Their waiting room is more like a family room in a home. Much more could be said. Did I say: I like it! ?
