The service is always thorough and all items of note discovered in the inspection are pointed out with no pressure! The staff is very professional and friendly with no high pressure selling. The service to be performed is first described clearly as is the price. The whole facility is spotless and the Customer lounge is comfortable with complimentary cold drinks or coffee and snacks. The whole operation is enjoyable and all of the staff is very courteous to both the Customers and their colleagues. The whole organization is a pleasure to experience. You can feel the integrity in the air and the background music.

Everything. Landmark customer service. Great coffee! Comfortable waiting area. Pleasant atmosphere. Polite and personable people everywhere. The icing on the cake is that my service cost less than I expected because the tech got finished quicker than anticipated! Absolutely unheard of!! Communication is always great. I’m spoke to as a knowledgeable person, with patience and respect. I can’t say enough. As a CSR in the HVAC industry, I recognize great service when I see it. Y’all got it going on!! Staff are super friendly, helpful and courteous. I moved to the area about a year ago and Christian Brothers Automotive was where I took my car. I will continue having my car serviced there. It doesn't get any better than Christian Brothers.
