I really appreciated as well as I felt very comfortable after speaking to Ramel, my service advisor, he greeted me immediately from the front desk as I walked into CB. I feel as if Ramel and the entire staff at CB went over and beyond servicing my vehicle. I asked Ramel a few questions and he said to me that he would absolutely check out my concerns. The updated text messages I received stating what stage my vehicle currently was in really helped me have a guesstimated time of when my vehicle wood be completed.

Another shocking experience I had with Ramel was with one of my concerns, Ramel called me and let me know that particular concern was not an issue and he clearly stated it did not need to be replaced the part was functioning as it needed to be. Well, let's just be honest, how many times does a mechanical Name removed tell you that you do not need to spend monies so they can make monies!?! NEVER! To me, each time I have my vehicle serviced it really is a comforting feel to know that you can truely trust the staff where your vehicle is. CB is TOP NOTCH in my thoughts as well as Ramel! I feel very fortunate that I can leave my vehicle for service and know that ONLY what is wrong will be fixed with no hidden charges or deceptive charges so CB can make more monies on my lack of knowledge of vehicles.

I have and will continue telling my friends and family and community that if you need anything worked on your vehicle, take it to CB and ask for Ramel because before being introduced to CB and Ramel, I do not even want to think of how much monies I spent that I did not need to spend!
