Clear and smart approach to issues
I like that you are very in depth with your diagnostics report. The illustrations and information provided in these reports are so in depth that even though I couldn't afford the repair, I was able to do the repairs myself. Up until then I only changed my oil and tires. Now I do every repair. Ones that I can't handle or have time for, I bring to yall. I also like how yall go above and beyond with simple requests and make sure yall get me the lowest price on those extras. So thank you all for the work and help. I see why yall have a 4.9 star rating.
