The Montgomery store was awesome about honoring their warranty! The Cary, NC. Store would not honor the company warranty. Had brake rotors go bad after 8 months and Cary told me that was normal wear and tear! Beware! But Montgomery was fantastic- wish they were here in Biloxi!

Dear Readers,

My name is Name removed. I just wanted to take the time to tell my story. I truly believe that we must give honor where honor is due, especially in this day in age. I would like to start by saying that my day on August 25, 2017 started out great until my Jeep Commander started sputtering on the way to drop off some paper work at my corporate office that i work for. I left the office with the mind to go straight to a mechanic, which i will refrain from making known. By the time i got to his shop, my jeep had worsened and the engine light had come on. I was thinking to myself that there is something very seriously wrong with my engine. After the mechanic plugged his digital diagnostic testing reader in, he proceeded to tell me that my #3 cylinder was dead. That it had lost compression and the only way to fix it would take some serious work with expenses of around $1500. Next he wanted to do a compression test, but first he had to remove the coil pack and spark plug from the #3 cylinder. Well after waiting for about 1.5 hrs., he returned to me saying that he was unable to remove the nut that holds the coil pack on...and pretty much just gave up! So I left with my jeep still sputtering and engine light on. Complete waste of time except for the revelation that u will see at the end of this testimony. Next I began calling around and stopping at numerous mechanic shops in the Montgomery area, but to no end. It was like everyone in the whole city was getting their vehicle worked on or serviced! No one could help me with my jeep until the following week, but i desperately needed my jeep in good working order to be able to move over the weekend. I decided to get a coil pack and spark plug from the auto parts store, with the intention of at least attempting to change them myself out of desperation, to hopefully get me by till a later date. So I began to pray as I sat in my jeep. By this time it was around 1:30 - 2 pm. Things were beginning to not look good for me. After praying for help from the Lord. I immediately thought of Christian Brothers off of Chantilly Parkway. So I called and explained my situation and they told me to come on down, so they could take a look. When i pulled in, I noticed that their parking lot was nearly full. I thought to myself, "I hope that they have time to try and fix it." Well after explaining how my day had went up to that point, their mechanic got busy as soon as the next bay was open for me. After about an hour, maybe a little more. The news came to me that a compression test come back normal for my #3 cylinder, they were able to get the nut off to change my spark plug & coil pack and that my jeep was ready to go and running just fine. Turns out that the old coil pack was bad. I was very much relieved and I asked how much i owed for their service. The bill was $105 and some change. Anyone that knows, will know that it should of been close to twice that much, some places maybe more. Well after paying I then decided to let them change my oil while I was there. They immediately got it done. The Manager came to me with keys in hand and as I reached for them, I asked how much do i owe him for the oil change. His reply was have a great day sir!! I said, but I haven't paid for the oil change. He told me not to worry about it, to enjoy the rest of my day and thanked me for allowing them to service my vehicle. I just would like to end this testimony by first giving thanks to Jesus for not allowing that other mechanic to get that nut off, (which I truly believe his hand was on it, for He knew that man was trying to get me.) and secondly I would like to give thanks to the Christian Brothers Team. U guys helped save my bacon and left a permanent impression upon me. By not only offering great professional service, but most of all by showing true compassion with a fellow neighbor in need and giving to good practice by showing that you guys truly live up to your name. May God Bless you and your business, to continually be used for the greater good in this world.

Y'all were excellent and very helpful. Y'all did great on fixing my car and keeping us informed on updates with the car. I am very happy with your excellent customer service and how efficiently y'all were to help us in resolving the issue. We were so relieved that y'all were willing to look at the car for us when amywhere would not even consider looking at the car because it is a smart car. Very pleased with my experience with y'all!
