The people and the expertise of their mechanics. The people receiving the customers were very friendly and professional. Inspection of the vehicle was thorough and they did not push me to have any repairs done that were needed. They offered me a choice! I will return to have more work done on my vehicle. These people at Tyler, TX CBA are the best!

The feedback for my issue was clear and the staff kept me informed every step of the way. I received photos proving what the technicians were saying. The work was done much faster than I expected, and even got a courtesy ride home while I waited for the repairs. Harrison and the rest of the staff at CBA were awesome and very professional.

I had to have my truck towed to Christian Brothers with a serious problem They diagnosed it correctly and fixed it on time. Price was reasonable. Everyone I met with was very professional and very polite. I’ll definitely use them again.

I appreciate having a trustworthy local auto shop that I can depend on when car issues arise. The techs know their stuff and always do a great job. CBA also has the best customer service! Their text service is awesome about keeping me updated on inspections (with photos), estimates, and progress. It adds an extra measure of peace of mind to know they are checking on things that I certainly don’t think about. Seeing a photo of the dirty air filter or how worn my brake pads are is always enlightening! The check list of items that need to be addressed or have plenty of life left is always appreciated.
