What did I like? Everything..feel free to use this however you want
1. I was treated with respect and appreciation. I initially made a phone call inquiry. Instead of "bring the car in and we'll figure it out" the gentleman took the time to look things up and let me know
2. Did not try and sell me any service other than what I needed.
3. Did my own research on what I needed from the manufacturers guides--found a couple of extras. when I told them, they thanked me for doing the research and said they would look at the vehicle to see if it had that tpype of fitting. when I picked it up, they remembered, acknowledged I was correct, and said they took care if it as well.
4. Price very reasonable--especially when compared to a dealer.
5. Have after-hours drop off--stay open late enough to get vehicle after work.
6. Have courtesy shuttle
7. Repair completed in time
8. Made a point to thank me for choosing them.
9. If anyone has experienced the customer service at Discount Tire--this was almost identical.
10. Took care of what the vehicle needed and let me know what/when the next service should be.
11. Very comfortable knowing I now have a quality repair shop that is reasonably priced, convenient, wont push extra unnecessary services, is reliable, and has excellent customer service. What else could one ask for?

From the time I walk through the door until the time I pick-up my vehicle, I always experience friendly customer service from the staff. Jeff and Bob are always there to educate me on what is going on with my car and extremely knowledgeable on how to fix it. I trust them completely. I also want to thank Bob and Jeff for going above the call of duty and providing me with a phone charger to recharge my cell phone when I needed it to secure my ride back to the office! A big thanks to Jeff, Bob and the entire staff!
