I was most impressed with the wait. I really felt at home which is odd while at a car shop. But it was comfortable couches and nice decor and felt nothing like a repair shop. I actually didn’t mind waiting but it was a short wait anyways.

Very impressed from my initial call all the way through to picking up my car from the service. I don't like to go to the M-Benz dealer because they are so expensive for an annual maintenance. I was pleased with the reasonable pricing. I requested they take a look at my brakes to see if I needed new disks and they provided that at no charge. I didn't need new disks but recommended a brake fluid change, so I opted to have that done, as again, the pricing was reasonable. My car was done within 2 hours, not a half a day or full day, and to top it off, they took me home in their shuttle and picked me back up. I was thrilled that I have now found an automotive shop for both of our cars that are reasonable, honest and efficient. I highly recommend.
